Policy rarely unfolds in isolation. It is shaped—often quietly—by the interaction of economic forces, institutional constraints, and technological change.

My work is grounded in trying to make sense of these interactions. I focus on the intersection of finance, technology, and governance, where policy is increasingly defined by systems that extend beyond traditional boundaries. Whether examining digital currencies, AI, or public finance, I am interested in how these domains converge—and in the structures that emerge from that convergence.

Across my work with research institutions, government-facing engagements, and independent analysis, I have sought to bring clarity to complexity. This involves not only analysing policy developments, but translating them into forms that are structured, accessible, and useful for decision-making.

Policy Cartography builds on this approach. It is a space to trace the contours of policy as they evolve across systems, sectors, and jurisdictions—to understand not just what policy is, but how it takes shape, and what forces ultimately define its direction.
